Athletics Day ,Physical Activity

 On Athletics day i did long Jump, and i did Cricket Ball Throw ,and i did shot put.


How hard i pushed myself on athletics day from a scale from 1-5


I did 4 out of five because i tried my hardest and i could feel my heart rate going faster than before because when i touched my chest my heart was beating really fast.


I am also participating in the cricket tournament and at home i also bike a little bit when i am free.

What I learn't This Week

 This week I learn't something from battlefit, I learn't how to sell a kick properly and how to make it look effective. 


One Thing I didn't understand was how to make the kick look alot powerful because, it was pretty confusing because I thought do I have to kick really hard or did i have to just make it look cool.


One question i have is that how do i make a kick look very effective and look powerful.


I really want to learn a lot of moves about different kicks and I want to try them out.


To make a Kick look very Powerful you have to make yourself look ready, and you have to try to make yourself look like that you are really angry, and you have to try to make your kick look really strong and really effective.
